How to Prepare and What to Expect

We will need to hook up to a water source. Whether this be an outdoor hydrant/ faucet (Preferred method) or an indoor sink, please identify your preferred water source before our arrival.

We will need a space to park our van. this can be off the street or in a driveway. All we ask is that parking in located as close as possible to preferred entry access, and that personal vehicles or items are moved to allow hoses to pulled in.

At the time that we scheduled your appointment, we should have discussed your preference on furniture moving. If you are not sure, please reach out to confirm your preference. The following bullets outline specifics for either choice.                        

•  If we are not moving furniture, please remove anything in the cleaning area, that you would like cleaned under, before our arrival. Do not move furniture back on to clean carpet for 24 hours.

•  If we are moving furniture, please remove any breakable or valuable items from furniture that you would like moved. We will return furniture to their respective locations after cleaning, with sticky tabs or styrofoam blocks. Please do not remove blocks or tabs until 24 hours after cleaning. Unfortunately, we do not move large armoires, anything with electronics on it, or beds.

We love your pets almost as much as you do! Please prepare a safe place for them, away from the cleaning area, before we arrive. Our noisy equipment can cause stress to animals, and we want to prevent inflicting any unnecessary stress.
